A standard clean keeps a home that's already in good shape looking that way: kitchen counters and appliance fronts wiped, bathrooms scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, trash out. It's what a weekly or bi-weekly visit looks like, and it takes a few hours for a typical three-bedroom home.
A deep clean goes after the build-up a standard visit doesn't touch: inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards and door frames, light fixtures and ceiling fans, grout, window tracks, behind and under furniture, and the tops of cabinets. It takes noticeably longer, and it's the right first visit for most homes that haven't had regular service.
Our usual recommendation for a new client is one deep clean, then a standard schedule. The deep clean resets the house; the recurring visits keep it there. Homes with pets, kids, or a lot of cooking usually want bi-weekly. Homes with one or two tidy adults often do well monthly.
Two moments almost always call for a deep clean regardless of schedule: moving in or out, and hosting. If you're preparing a home for new tenants, a walkthrough, or a houseful of guests, book the deep clean. And if you're a first-time client, the 20% welcome discount applies to it.
